What it takes to deploy

On the truck: Nothing. The SIM already in the cab is the tracker.
On the tank: One fixed level sensor with its own SIM, bought once by the buyer.

Network calls run against Nokia's sandbox when a key is configured. Sandbox simulator numbers have scripted outcomes and fixed positions, so the trip timeline is ours; the tank trace is a pump model with its parameters on screen. Hardware is Phase 3. No household is located, messaged or asked to consent — every SIM here belongs to an organisation.
